I recall when I was younger, in good shape, and generally better looking that I didn't have any issues with my perceived "quirkiness."

The problems only started when I hit my mid-40s. They were all the more exacerbated by the 50-pounds I gained during Covid.

I wonder if that is typical. Can neuro-"normals" understand us better if they don't mind looking at us?
